Our team is committed to making ongoing critical investments in public infrastructure throughout the city as well as maintaining our strong bond ratings while providing accountability and transparency to the investor community and the general public. Over the past five years we have reinvested over $250,000,000 into our infrastructure and community programming. We continue to prioritize economic and community development. We have created a unique program under the Taunton Revitalization Initiative called the Marketable Properties Program which provides recurring funding for gap financing and micro loans to developers and small businesses. This is just one of the many innovative programs we are utilizing to transform the City of Taunton.
